Shoulder Resistance Exercise with Partner on TheraGear® Exercise Ball with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball

Instruction:
Start from a ball bridge position, body weight centralized to the top of the shoulder blades while the hips shoulders and knees are maintained in parallel alignment. Keep the knee directly above the heel. Arms are extended outward, in line with the body. Keeping the spine neutral and the navel pulled in toward the spine, hold the position. The partner will push down on the arms, adding resistance. The person holding the TheraGear® Power Weight Balls is to resist the push, attempting to keep the Swiss Exercise Balls in the start position. Repeat for sets.
