Exercise Description:
Pelvic Thrust with Theragear® Core Disk works abs, abdominal core and core stabilization

Classification:
Abdominal Core, Abs, Core Stabilization

Instruction:
Lie on the Theragear® Core Disk with your legs bent 90 degrees at the hip. Slowly lift your hips off the floor and towards the ceiling. Lower your hips to the floor.

Side Note:
Repeqat 8 to 15 times
