Four-Point Stance with TheraGear® Core Disk (Vertical and Horizontal Extension)

Classification:
Abs

Instruction:
Kneel on hands and knees. Place a TheraGear® Core Disk under right hand and another under left knee. Rotate left thumb up and slowly extend left arm in front of you and right leg behind you. Release, complete set and repeat with TheraGear® Core Disk under left hand and right knee (lifting right arm and left leg). For variation, extend arm 45 degrees to the side and leg behind you.
