Double Leg Lift with Swiss Exercise Ball

          Instruction:
Lay on your back and press your lower back into the floor.  
Hold the exercise ball in between your feet. Lower the ball as far as you can while pressing your lower back into the floor. Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way down.
          Side Note:
3 sets of 8-10 reps
